Returns

- Returned with original packaging and tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
